Raw Nature set the standard for salad varieties, introduced organic farming and represented a breakthrough for chefs all over Bali who had previously had to settle for less. Marco earned his stripes as a serious producer and was formally christened “Marco Rucola”, a moniker he wears to this day.

As new producers arrived and organic salad became more widely available, a new focus was required and with the help of food industry leaders, including Lotus Distribution, the Doctor Rocket Organic range was launched, providing the consumer with organic pre-washed salads mixes and herbs.
